def: KITCHEN - a room or area where food is prepared and cooked

Just as my parents taught me the importance of family and rituals, our mission at VIVE is to empower, educate and connect individuals through the cooking and sharing of nourishing food via our state-of-the-art kitchen.
— Jean-Luc Tan, founder, Vive Cooking School

As is the case in many an abode, the kitchen is the beating heart, the sweet spot where all the magic happens. Of course, in it's most practical sense, the kitchen is where we prepare and share food. But even more than this, it is a place where families, communities, strangers converge out of necessity and love.

VIVE Cooking School is the sum of many parts. More than a place to cook, it's a place to connect to the food that we eat, the land from which the food is grown, and the people who provide the food and for whom the food is prepared. As part of the incredible new food precinct Saporium in Rosebery, there is no better time to be a food-lover in Sydney!

With this in mind, this week we share the artists and artisans who have helped to shape our state-of-the-art VIVE Cooking School kitchen. And what a kitchen it is - fantastically functional and insanely stylish, there are eight work stations for you to hone your cooking craft. And we have many people to thank for this.

Sincere gratitude to these incredible artisans who have made our kitchen possible:

With our timetable live and opening imminent, it's time to book a spot NOW! And as a little treat for our loyal first customers, we're offering introductory discounted rates to celebrate!

So come, prepare and eat with us at the exciting new VIVE Cooking School.

Until next week...

The VIVE team
